What results can I expect from the program?

You'll see measurable results in how you feel, manage stress, set boundaries, and take action toward your goals. Past clients have felt more organized, energized and at peace after completing the program.

How much time will this take each week?

During challenges expect 20 minute sessions each day and a weekly 90-minute class together Live.

During the "breaks" between challenges, I'll be posting 1 weekly live class for maintenance (will be recorded and available for playback)

Every month I will provide 2 (optional, but encouraged) 30-minute Community Conversation + 1 Soul Session by me for additional support.

Do I need any special equipment or knowledge to start?

No! The program is designed to be accessible to everyone, no matter your experience level. All you need is commitment to change and a willingness to do the work. All physical exercises can be modified for all bodies and abilities.

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes, you can cancel your membership at any time. However, we believe that you'll want to stay for the full transformation.
