7 week group in-person program
includes: seasonally-aligned, dosha-aligned, Ayurvedic, mono-diet cleanse
7 weeks unlimited detox services (sauna, vibration therapy, foot bath, cold plunge)
daily (may be live zoom or recorded) 20 minute guided breathwork / meditation session

Through the practice of meditation and mindfulness, individuals can develop a deeper understanding of their thoughts, feelings, and triggers associated with addiction. This awareness can support individuals in making conscious choices and managing cravings.
Addiction can have a profound impact on the nervous system. Kundalini yoga includes specific exercises and breathwork that help regulate and strengthen the nervous system. This can promote overall well-being, resilience and a sense of stability during the recovery journey.
