I'm Stephanie Cosentino, born as Stavroula (1976), raised as Stephanie and reborn Devi Kavalya Kaur (2020). I was a first generation-Greek-American and the only girl in a family of boys raised by a strict, oppressive, misogynistic father. I faced fear, combed through confusion, and stood up for justice since I was a child.
As a lifelong seeker and natural yogini, I've spent years mastering the art of subtle energy, using it to guide empathetic healing and transformation. With a deep passion for weaving neuroscience, quantum physics, ancient wisdom, and spirituality, I help others unlock the power of energy, vibration, and frequency. This is not the medecine of the future, it is the healing modality right here and now.
As a mother of three incredible daughters, my journey in parenting has become a spiritual practice in itself. They are my mirrors, my gurus, and the heart of my lessons in living and leading with soul. My mission is to guide them and others to align with their own inner wisdom and live authentically, with intention and purpose.
Beyond teaching, my soul is also called to storytelling. As a memoirist and magical realist writer, I channel my client's life's experiences into a supernatural narrative, blending the spiritual and the actual, empower others to see their story as the miracle it is.
I am a 200 hr instructor (RYT-200), registered with the Yoga Alliance. I teach pranayama / breathwork and meditation through kundalini yoga. This is a powerful and therapeutic practice that moves your energy, cuts through blocks and limitations, opens perception, intuition, and can effectively and sustainably transform your life. In addition, I am certified Brain Longevity Therapy via Alzheimer's & Dementia Prevention Foundation. I am certified by the Superhealth organization to treat addictive behaviors and break habits using yogic science. I believe if you make kundalini yoga your focus, you can become superhuman, but we can begin by feeling super.
In a few years time, using Kundalini yoga, and only my breath and my body, I accidentally healed myself. I was able to move my natural lifeforce energy, replace my chronic depression, anxiety, and mental fog with sustainable peace, clarity and purpose.
I replaced my medication with meditation.
Without missing a beat, I dug deep into the practice of KY, Ayurveda, yogic science and Yoga Sutras and squeezed out the Essentials of Ancient Wisdom for Modern Life. If all I do is teach people to breathe, be still for a little bit every day, keep a flexible spine and a stable rhythm to your days and life, I will be raising the vibration of the planet.
As modern science is finally catching up to ancient eastern practices, meditation and breathwork are getting their due credit and I believe will soon be a part of our daily hygiene routine.
